Olivia Burnsed is a lecturer of biomedical engineering. She has a background in biomaterials, stem cell biology and tissue engineering. While earning her doctorate, she studied the effects of both the structural and biomechanical cues provided by the extracellular matrix on modulating cell phenotype and inflammation.
